A string (10) for health is worn while wound round toes. The string (10) comprises a flat belt-shaped string knit from twisted silk threads, and has an elasticity to stretch to at least two times the length in a free state. As the string (10) is constituted by a knit string made of silk threads, it smoothly massages a toe skin, with walking movement of a person wearing the string, to promote circulation of the blood and absorb sweat between toes to cleanly keep the toes warm.
