<p>The invention relates to a bispecific or bivalent antibody fragment analogue comprising a binding complex containing two polypeptide chains, whereby one polypeptide chain comprises two heavy chain variable domains (VH) in series and the other polypeptide chain comprises two light chain variable domains (VL) in series, the binding complex further containing two pairs of variable domains (VH-A//VL-A and VH-B//VL-B). The two VH's and/or the two VL's are connected directly or via an intermediate peptide linker. Also a production method for such antibody fragment analogues is disclosed.</p> |
