LIQUID COMPOSITION FOR CULTURING OF A SPAWN

摘要

The medium composition for cultivating of mushroom spawn is produced as follows. Milk serum filtrate obtained from heating and filtering milk serum at 70-130 degree C for 2-30 minutes is mixed with 0.3-20 volume% of corn steep liquor. The volume is based on the total medium. The produced medium composition is able to grow massive mushroom spawns using small workforce at high yield rate.
