Digital=to=analogue converter with resistance R-2R ladder network

The resistance chain network contains an output terminal. To the network are coupled two positive and negative DC voltage supply terminals. There is a control of currents flowing between the chain network and the positive or negative DC voltage terminal, reacting to the digital input signal bits to generate an output analog voltage signal. Two resistors are fitted outside the resistance chain network and series-connected between the positive and negative DC voltage supply terminals. A third resistor is incorporated between the chain network output terminal and the second external resistor. A converter output terminal is coupled to the junction point between the external second and third resistors.
