The cut-out in connection with the notch which corresponds to the greatest inclination has a free way (10) for the securing bolt. The cut-out of the pivot arm in the area forming the free way has a recess (12) evolving into the cut-out, which in turn evolves into a right-angularly formed part (13) of the pivot arm. The dimension of the right-angled part is greater than the engagement depth of the securing bolt.
