The support device is for containers filled with fluid and standing in the open air. The support device may have four pans or sumps (1-4) arranged in line. The pans are rectangular in shape and may have low sidewalls (7) around their edges. There may be two beams (14,15) across the width of the pan assembly. There may be grilles (18,19) at the bottom of the pans to let spilled fluids through. There may be pipe connections (17) between the four separate pans.
