<p>The method is implemented on a knitting machine of the rectilinear double needle bed type, by using at least three (I) (II) (III) corresponding each to a predetermined knitting sequence as a function of the work of the needles. The elementary weave ratio for each course, considering the three knitting feeds (I) (II) (III), comprises, for the first feed (I), knitting a mixed yarn including the ground yarn and a lycra yarn, in order to form the stitches on one needle bed, according to a predetermined selection, and loading on the other needle bed and making a split stitch on the ratio length; for the second feed (II), knitting only with a non extensible ground yarn while forming stitches on the two needle beds; for the third feed (III), transferring the front stitches (AV) on the rear needles for the stitches terminating the relief and the loops made on the first feed.</p> |
