Poly-saccharide of cell generated by ZOOGLOEA SP. is produced by the following method. (1) A microbe is shaken and cultivated at 28-32 degree C for 70-80 hours by using peptone, glucose, sodium phosphate, ammonium nitrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, calcium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium sulfate, potassium phosphate, tris or like. (2) Centrifuge the cultivated liquid at 3-5 degree C and 30,000-35,000*g for 8-12 minutes and separate upper layer liquid and precipitation(microbial cell). (3) Precipitate by cold acetone whose amount is twofold upper layer and separate the precipitation by filter paper. And wash in water by 45-55% acetone over two times, dissolve in distilled water, dialysis, freeze and dry the precipitation. (4) The above frozen/dried soluble poly-saccharide is dissolved by phosphate buffer and completely refined by gel chromatography in column filled with sepharose CL-4B.
