Microbe acinetobacter calcoaceticus CL(KCTC 0081BP) which generates biological surfactant and shows negativity on gram and oxidase can be produced by cultivating acinetobacter calcoaceticus CL-this is strain generating biological surfactant-secured through sorting out, separating and identifying microbe collected from the activated sludge and from a river using ethyl alcohol as substrate in a batch type.
