PURPOSE:To produce a large amount of fratfish growth hormone effective in promoting the growth of cultured flatfish by using a flatfish growth hormone structural gene having a specific amino acid sequence. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism or a cell is transformed with a plasmid integrated with a flatfish growth hormone structural gene coding the amino acid sequence of formula. The transformed microorganism or cell is cultured and the recombinant-type flatfish growth hormone accumulated in the culture base is separated and purified. |
