The main purpose is to provide the input output device controlling the transformer and inter-transmitting signal connected between a central unit and a bio-filter unit in air cleaner which occurs an negative and positive ion for sterilization and for removing a bad smell in the air circulating in the air conditioner. This device is composed of a bio-filter cell control(100) including many connecters(P1, P2), a signal transmitter(110) composed of photo coupler box(PC1, PC2) for the transmission of signal from the bio-filter cell control above(100), an input port(120) connected to the main bus for the transmission from 110 to the main bus, an output port(130) to receive the transformer controlling signal from the main control, a signal transmitter(140) composed of photo coupler box (PC3. PC4) to transmit signals from 130, a transformer by the control(150) to control the pressure of a certain transformer by the control signal from 140. And the transformer control(150) is connected to the two transformer included the voltage converter(160) and the transformer(32) provides power to the filter in bio-filter which creates a negative and a positive ion directly.
