PILFERPROOF SEALING DEVICE FOR CONTAINER WITH NECK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent false reuse of an empty used packaging, by providing a seal separated from a device by a separating means on unsealing a container and getting free in the container and providing a small space preventing a seal from being removed in a hard sleeve. SOLUTION: An inside shoulder 16 is provided at the edge of a neck 3 and a flexible sleeve 6 is used for a hard sleeve 5 and fixed to the neck 3. An open metallic ring 67 is provided to function as a spring and a thick space at the lower side 64 of the flexible sleeve 6. The hard sleeve 5 is inserted in the flexible sleeve 6 and axially widened against the inside face of the neck 3. The hard sleeve 5 has a small space 54 and the seal 7 is formed in the small space 54 at the top and enclosed in the width of a cage formed the lower flexible support 14 constituting a holding means at the bottom. When the container is falsely reused at either before it is unsealed at the beginning or after it has been unsealed, it becomes impossible to remove the seal 7.
