PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure elavator excellent in reliability having a good speed characteristic that is good riding comfotability by providing a constant speed characteristic regardless operation direction, the number of passangers and fluid temperature of an elavator, and quickly decelerating car speed of the elavator in emergency. SOLUTION: Between a fluid pressure pump 6 and a fluid pressure cylinder 1 a pilot operated type check valve 2 is arranged as a control valve whose type is to close a main valve 20 by releasing exciting of pilot valve and exhausting pilot pressure fluid, in a fluid pressure elavator operating a car 10 up and down directly or indirectly by the fluid pressure cylinder 1 through controlling of fluid flow by means of the number of revolution control of the fluid pressure pump for supplying or exhausting to/from the cylinder 1. |
