PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture easily a bonded-structured honeycomb cylinder capable of preventing occurrence of a film out phenomenon by using a comparatively small amount of wax material. SOLUTION: A first process wherein a plurality of honeycomb short cylinders 31 formed by winding alternately a divided metal flat sheet and a divided metal corrugated sheet of width almost corresponding to a length of dividing an axial total length of a honeycomb cylinder into a plurality of parts in a non-bonded state, a second process wherein a plurality of honeycomb short cylinders 31 are coaxially arranged putting a circular sheet 10 made of wax material between each other, and a third process wherein respective honeycomb short cylinders 31 are bonded to each other by melting by heating the sheet 10 under a state of pressurizing respective honeycomb short cylinders 31 axially to obtain the honeycomb cylinder, are successively progressed. |
