PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prescription suitable for use of anε-conopeptide in production of a medicine in order to inhibit the progress of neuropathic algetic diseases and production of a medicine suitable for epidural administration to a patient and stabilizing theε-conopeptide used for the medicine. SOLUTION: The characteristic of the use of anε-conopeptide capable of blocking an N type potential sensitive calcium channel comprises the ability thereof to selectively bond to a site for neuropathic progress such as that represented by thebility of theε-conopeptide to (a) inhibit the contraction of the ileum of a guinea pig by electrical stimulation and (b) replace MVIIA from a bonding site of the MVIIA in theε-conopeptide present in a neuron tissue when theε-conopeptide is administered to the site for neuropathic progress in a subject. Furthermore, a stable prescription suitable for stabilizing theε- conopeptide is obtained.
