PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cushion vibrations or shocks exerted on a secondary battery, by supporting a module elastically in the axis center direction of a container and supporting it rotatably centering around the axis center. SOLUTION: A module 10 of a secondary battery is housed in a cylinder- shaped heat resistant container 1. A first support caster 3 supports elastically the module 10 in a radial direction of the container 1 by energizing a steel ball 3 via a steel ball pedestal 3d to a first surface rail 2 by a compression coil spring 3e while supporting it so as to be movable in the axis center direction of the container 1. A second support caster 6 supports elastically the module 10 in the axis center direction of the container 1 by the same action as the caster 3 while supports it so as to be rotatable centering around the axis center of the container 1, and a second surface rail 4 sandwiches elastically the module 10 via the caster 6 by energizing it inwardly in the axis center direction of the container 1 by a compression coil 1 spring 5.
