PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor output circuit whose output duty is improved by grounding the input terminal in the final stage of an inverter through a resistor. SOLUTION: Two stages of inverters are provided, and an input terminal 10a of an inverter 10 in the first stage is used as the circuit input terminal of the semiconductor output circuit, and the output terminal of the inverter 10 in the first stage is connected to an input terminal 12a of an inverter 12 in the second stage. An output terminal 12b of the inverter in the second stage as the final stage is used as the circuit output terminal of the semiconductor output circuit. The circuit output terminal is connected to the ground through 50Ωresistance as an external terminating resistance 20. The terminal 12a of the inverter in the last stage is connected to the ground through a resistance 14.
