PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a concentrated liquid cleansing agent composition having excellent fluidity, solubility in water and cleansing power and giving little stimulation to the skin. SOLUTION: This concentrated liquid cleansing agent composition contains (A) an anionic surfactant composed of a sulfonated polyalkylene glycol monomethyl ether unsaturated fatty acid ester expressed by the formula R<1> COO (AO)m CH3 (R<1> is a 13-21C alkyl containing unsaturated bond; AO is oxyethylene group or oxypropylene group; (m) is an integer of 3-30) or its salt and (B) one or more kinds of amphoteric surfactants selected from amine oxide-type surfactants and betaine-type surfactants at a weight ratio (A:B) of 80:20 to 30:70 and a total surfactant concentration of 55-100wt.%.
