发明名称 METHOD FOR POLYMERIZING ALPHA-OLEFIN
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a highly stereoregular poly-α-olefin by using a catalyst comprising a highly active Ti catalyst component comprising Mg, Ti, a halogen and a polycarboxylid acid ester, an organometallic compound, a specified Ti compound and a specified Si compound. SOLUTION: MgCl2 is dissolved under heating in 2-ethylhexanol, TiCl4 is added dropwise to the solution, and the mixture is heated and then reacted with an electron donor such as diisobutyl phthalate to prepare a highly active Ti solid catalyst. Anα-olefin such as propylene is prepolymerized in the presence of a catalyst comprising the Ti solid catalyst, an organometallic compound such as triethylaluminum, a Ti compound (e.g. TiCl4 ) represented by the formula: Ti(OR)g X4-g (wherein X is a halogen; and 0<=g<=4) and an Si compound (e.g. diphenyldimethoxysilane) represented by the formula: Rn Si(OR<1> )4-n (wherein 0<=n<=3; and R and R<1> are each an alkyl or the like). An autoclave is charged with the prepolymerization catalyst and filled with H2 . Anα-olefin is fed into the autoclave and polymerized at about 50-180 deg.C under a pressure of about 2-50kg/cm<2> to obtain a poly-α-olefin.
