<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good fixing property without applying an oil on a fixing roller, to improve glossiness and transparency and to prevent offset at high temp. by using two kinds of binder resin having different softening points and dispersing a specified wax in the binder resin. SOLUTION: This toner consists of at least a binder resin, coloring agent and wax. The binder resin contains a binder resin (A) having 85-110 deg.C softening point and a binder resin (B) having 115-135 deg.C softening point compatible with each other and moreover, the binder resin has dispersion of wax having 65-90 deg.C melting point which is insoluble with the binder resin. Namely, by using the binder resin (A) having 65-90 deg.C softening point and the binder resin (B) having 115-135 deg.C softening point which are soluble with each other, viscosity of the toner decreases during fixing and the toner is sufficiently molten to give gloss and transparency. The cohesion strength among molecules hardly decreases, which hardly causes offset. Moreover, by dispersing the wax having 65-90 deg.C melting point and incompatible to the binder resin in the binder resin, enough offset resistance can be obtd.</p> |
