<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an unexperienced operator to easily recognize the deterioration of welding quality by during automatic welding and to promote the correction of various parameters relating to welding quality. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a conditional arithmetic correcting means 44, which determines substitution for welding characteristic by an operation expression or sampling and which, on the basis of this substituted characteristic, corrects the parameters of current command and voltage command for welding conditions; and the device is also provided with display means 48, 49 which make graphics of the estimation of the welding quality characteristic from the substitution determined by the operation expression or sampling. The substituted characteristic can be displayed on a screen in real time for the welding quality characteristic as a parameter for correcting welding conditions; the deterioration in welding quality can be easily recognized by an unexperienced operator; and thus, a reexamination operation can be promoted for various parameters relating to welding quality.</p> |
