SOLUTION: A medium processing relation device 20 is fixed to the inside of a vertical frame member of an outer frame 3 via a support base 19. An insertion port 20a and a discharge port 20b for a magnetic card, etc., an amount selection button 20c, a ball number display part 20d for displaying the number of holding balls, a clearing button 20e, etc., are intensively installed in front of the medium processing relation device 20. It is all right if the medium processing relation device 20 is formed by integrally incorporating a control device or separating a part of the components. An opening 21A is opened in a part matched with the front face of the medium processing relation device 20 of the front frame 2.
