PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for producing a seasoned marine processed food, capable of preparing a stable high quality seasoned marine processed food, requiring neither experience nor skill at all, automatizing the operation, reducing the workload, simplifying the operation, saving labor reducing a effluent water treatment cost, shortening seasoning processing time of a marine product and repeatedly using a seasoning solution and a device for producing the food. SOLUTION: This method for producing a seasoned marine processed food comprises measuring, analyzing and detecting concentrations of salt, glucose and sodium glutamate in a seasoning solution to season a marine product at fixed time intervals by a far infrared analyzer 1, automatically supplying the components when the detected concentrations of the components are not higher than fixed concentrations and maintaining the concentrations of the components of the seasoning solution at fixed concentrations. |
