PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of electrophoresis by rinsing a capillary with an initiator for forming an initialized capillary having a cathode distal end and an anode distal end, then adding thereto a capillary buffer solution including polyanion or its mixture, and putting a sample to be analyzed to be subjected to capillary electrophoresis. SOLUTION: An initiator is composed of polymer molecule or molecule mixture and some positive electric charge under pH of diluent and buffer solution with which it is dissolved. With this initiator a capillary to be used immediately is rinsed, and buffering solution including a kind of polyanion or its mixture is added to the capillary initialized, and after charging it with a sample to be analyzed, with the addition of cathode buffering solution to the cathode distal end according to the necessity, the sample is subjected to capillary electrophoresis. Then, after capillary buffering solution is added to the initialized capillary, the capillary is rinsed with the buffering solution having no polyanion, if necessary, and the sample may be subjected to electroporesis with the buffering liquid having no anion. |
