<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unfair reading of the data stored in a memory by repeatingly interrupting a power source to the memory when no prescribed current is detected between terminals before the timer started at the time of the connection with a system is terminated. SOLUTION: A power source control part 1 supplies prescribed voltage Vcc to a memory 5 while a memory card is connected with a host and the memory 5 provided at the inside of the card stores data while power is supplied by the power source control part 1. A current detection circuit 5 outputs an H signal when prescribed current is flowed between the terminals 12 and 13 corresponding to a system, and an inverter 8 inverts this signal and inputs the signal in a power source supply control circuit 9. The power source supply control circuit 9 outputs the H signal when an L signal is not inputted within prescribed time after the power source of the card is turned on. Power source supply switches 10 and 11 receiving this signal intermittently interrupts the power source supply to the memory 5 by repeating being turned on/off by prrescribed timing.</p> |
