PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamide resin composition giving a molded material having excellent moldability, low-temperature impact strength and high rigidity and useful for automotive parts, etc., comprising a polyamide resin and a specific graft-modified olefin composition. SOLUTION: This resin composition is composed of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin and (B) 5-70 pts.wt. of a graft-modified olefin composition containing 0.01-10wt.% of grafted amount of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative. A material consisting of (i) 100 pts.wt. of an unmodified ethylene.α-olefin random copolymer and (ii) 5-70 pts.wt. of an unmodified cyclic olefin resin blended with a composition graft-modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative is used as the component B. The component (i) is a copolymer of ethylene and a >=3Cα-olefin and the component (ii) is a random copolymer of ethylene and a cyclic olefin of the formula (n) and (q) are each 0 or 1, (m) is 0 or a positive integer; R<1> -R<18> , R<a> and R<b> are each H or a halogen, etc.}, or a ring-opened (co)polymer of the cyclic olefin of the formula.
