PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the position of a printing image left and right by moving at least a plate cylinder among the plate cylinder and an end plate left and right without relying on conventional a printing paper moving system or a drum moving system. SOLUTION: One of a pair of end plates consists of a first inner wheel part 65 supported on a drum shaft 38 in a rotatable manner and a first outer wheel part 68 provided to the almost outer peripheral part of the first inner wheel part 65 and the first inner wheel part 65 is immovable in the center axial direction of the drum shaft 38 and the first outer wheel part 68 is integrally rotatable along with the first inner wheel part 65. The other one of a pair of end plates is movable in the center axial direction of the drum shaft 38 and consists of a second inner wheel part 71 fixed to the drum shaft 38 and a second outer wheel part 74 provided to the almost outer peripheral part of the second inner wheel part 71 and the second outer peripheral part 74 is rotatable with respect to the second inner wheel part 71 and movable in the center axial direction of the drum shaft 38.
