PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor power module having excellent noise resistance. SOLUTION: An optical fiber F1a is used as a control signal line of a semiconductor power module. An optical control signal is converted to an electric signal by a photoelectric conversion circuit IC1, and then supplied to a gate driving circuit IC2.
