PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad structure which can surely prevent both tilting of a surface mount part and position deviation from the center. SOLUTION: In this structure of a pad 7 for surface mounting a stud 6 which is a kind of surface mount part, a sub-pad part 7b is projected outside from a plurality of places of a main pad part 7a having almost the same outside dimension as a bottom surface 6a of the stud 6.
