PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and to shorten the time required for fixing the cerebral spatula by providing the fixing device with a force conversion mechanism for applying the tension meeting the rotating direction of a motor on a wire, an operation switch for determining the rotating direction of the motor and a means for controlling the rotating direction of the motor in correspondence to the output of the operation switch. SOLUTION: A screw 18 for selectively applying pressing force on a lever 16 which functions as the force conversion mechanism 31 is driven by the motor 32. The supporting mechanism 7 is partly provided with a mounting plate 33. The mounting plate 33 is provided with the operation switch 34 for determining the rotating direction of the motor 32. The device is provided with a motor control circuit for controlling the rotating direction of the motor in correspondence to the output of the operation switch 34. The driving power necessary for fixing the cerebral spatula 2 is obtd. from the motor 32 and the rotating direction of the motor 32 is determined by the operation switch 34 mounted at the supporting mechanism 7. As a result, the time required for operation is shortened. |
