THERMOPLASTIC FLUORINE-BASED RESIN ULTRAFINE FIBROUS MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a thermoplastic fluorine-based resin ultrafine fibrous material excellent in characteristics such as softness or water repellency without using special equipment or methods. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic fluorine-based resin ultrafine fibrous material is obtained by blending a thermoplastic fluorine-based resin A containing >=60wt.% vinylidene fluoride as a constituent unit with a resin B containing a polyoxyalkylene chain as a main constituent component at (98/2) to (30/70) ratio based on the weight, then melt extruding the blend and subsequently carrying out the extraction treatment of the resin B with a solvent C capable of dissolving the resin B without dissolving the fluorine-based resin A.
