PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded-type optical card with good appearance in which an optical recording member can be fixed in a recessed part of a card base without intrusion of bubbles. SOLUTION: An optical recording member 1 having an optical recording layer 5 which covers a track pattern 4 formed on the rear surface of a transparent protective layer 3 is embedded in a recessed part of a card base body 2 to constitute an optical card. In this card, the optical recording member 1 is fixed to the recessed part 7 of the card base with a double-face adhesion film 8. By using this film, such problem as that an adhesive squeezes to the card surface to give inferior appearance can be avoided, and also, bubbles are prevented from intruding between the optical recording member 1 and the recessed part 7 of the card base body. Therefore, bad influences on optical recording or inferior appearance can be prevented. |
