PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of electrodes of batteries by which filling unevenness in the case of filling a porous metal body having three- dimensional continuous spaces with a paste-like kneaded material is lessened and a post-treatment of the electrode surface by a scraper is not required. SOLUTION: While a strip-like porous metal body 1 having three-dimensional dimensional continuous spaces is moved, a kneaded paste material mainly containing an active material is ejected through nozzle 2 set closer to both side of the porous body to fill the porous body 1 and in this case the distance between the nozzles and the porous metal body is adjusted not larger than 1.0mm.
