PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine cab which is easy to get on and off. SOLUTION: A boarding entrance 16, which allows an operator to get on and off, is provided on one side of a cab main body 15. A lift type door 17 is slidably provided from the boarding entrance 16 downward. This lift type door 17 moves vertically by means of guide machines 18, which are vertically provided so that they may face each other at the boarding entrance 16 and on both sides of the door 17. A plurality of steps 32, which are a rest for the foot to which the operator sets his or her foot are mounted on a face plate which is the outside surface of the lift type door 17 and is provided with no window while a vertical handrail located on both sides of the steps 32 are mounted on the face plate. When the lift type door 17 is lowered and opens the boarding entrance 16 of the cab main body 15, the steps 32 and the handrail 33, which are mounted on the outside surface of this lift type door 17, are spontaneously lowered so that they may be located between the ground surface and a floor surface 34 in the cab main body 15. |
