PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pack material high in plugged keratinous part and aged keratin removing effect by using cylindrical titanium oxide excellent in rusting properties with a specific finely granulated metal oxide and improving adsorbability on the surface of skin. SOLUTION: This pack material is obtained by mixing cylindrical titanium oxide having 1-10μm major axis (preferably 0.01-1μm minor axis) with a finely granulated metal oxide having 5-100nm average primary particle diameter. Titanium oxide and silicic acid anhydride are preferable as the finely granulated metal oxide. The amounts of the cylindrical titanium oxide and the specific finely granulated metal oxide are about 0.05-3 pts.wt. and 0.5-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the pack material, respectively. A peel off type is preferable as the form of the pack material. A polyvinyl alcohol, a polyvinyl pyrrolidone, etc., may be used as a film-forming agent in the pack material.
