PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain data for seizing the transmission proceeding state of an automatic transmission and accurately grasp the transmission proceeding state of the automatic transmission from the data no matter how the engaging state of a torque converter having a lock-up mechanism is, by detecting the rotation speed of an engine in stead of the rotation speed of an input shaft of the automatic transmission. SOLUTION: A computing part 25 calculates a ratio value as seized data of transmission proceeding state based on the rotation speed of an engine Ne, rotation speed of an output shaft Np, and gear ratio Gn of a speed change gear after finishing transmission of the automatic transmission and when the ratio value reaches a standard ratio value a determination part 28 determines to be in the vicinity of finishing transmission to output a determining signal S and the standard ratio value is changed by a standard ratio changing part 27 based on the detected result of engaging state of lock-up mechanism of the automatic transmission. |
