PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rotary tool with a shank having a small hole inside, which is capable of joining a tip member whose blade tip part is made of a durable hard member without sealing the small hole and manufacturing members other than the tip member by general steel material. SOLUTION: A rotary tool 1 is composed of a tool main body 2 and a tip member 15 joined to the tool main body and a small hole 10 is formed so as to start from an inlet positioned in a shank end surface or a shank outer peripheral surface, through the tip part of the tool main body 2 via a tool rotational axis C to an outlet 22 formed from the boundary of the tip member to the groove bottom of a flute 5. |
