PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a coil and prevent a quenching phenomenon by a method wherein superconducting wire material is formed in one body with the adjacent superconducting wire material using thermosetting resin, and a space, where the refrigerant flows, is provided on the through part to be formed between the superconducting materials. SOLUTION: A superconducting wire material 1 is fixed by high temperature hardening thermosetting resin 3 through an insulating layer 2 between other adjacent superconducting wires 1. At this point, a space 6, which is surrounded by the insulating layers 2 of each superconducting wire material 1 and helically communication with each other, is present between the superconducting wire material 1. The refrigerant such as liquid helium, liquid nitrogen, etc., can flow into this space 6 from the slit 7 provided on the frange part of a bobbin 4. The superconducting wire material 1 is always cooled by the flow of the refrigerant, and the expansion of a quenching phenomenon can be prevented. |
