PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the constitution of quickly recovering the toner concn. of a developer by efficiently supplying replenishment toner into a developing device. SOLUTION: A supplying part 20 for supplying the replenishment toner is provided in the upper part of a developer stirring part 6. The supplying part 20 is provided with a rotatable hollow body 22 having a toner entrance 21 continuous with a peripheral wall in a uniaxial direction and a spiral agitator 23 arranged in the hollow body 22. This hollow body 22 stands by in a state that the toner entrance 21 is turned upward, the replenishment toner is supplied from the toner entrance 21 of one end side in an axial direction and the spiral agitator 23 carries the supplied toner toward the other end side in the axial direction, while stirring the supplied toner. When the carried toner reaches a specific amount, the agitator 23 is stopped and the hollow body 22 is half turned with a toner supplying signal, to turn the toner entrance 21 downward and supply the toner in the hollow body 22 to a developer stirring part 6. |
