A device comprises a power source supplying part(1); a switch part(2) in which a lot of switches classified by the function that user wants to select are set up; a flip-flop part(3) which provides the output of the signal for indicating each function chosen by the switch part(2); a buzzer operating time setting part(4) for setting the operating time of a buzzer for informing the termination of each function by the signal of the flip-flop part(3); first and second oscillating parts(5)(6) which generate the signal for indicating whether each function is selected by the signal provided the output from the flip-flop part(3); a indicating part(8) for indicating whether each function is selected by the signal from first and second oscillating parts(5)(6); a third oscillating part(7) which provides the output of the signal for driving a buzzer to generate the execution and termination classified by each function through the buzzer(BZ) by receiving the signal from the buzzer operating time setting part(4); a measuring part(9) for measuring the skin condition of user; and a voltage controlling part(10).
