<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the portable characteristic of an ignition key and a key- less transmitter, in which a transponder is provided. SOLUTION: A transmitter 11 is provided in an ignition key, and the transmitter 11 s formed of a transponder 22 and a key-less transmitting unit 23. The transponder 22 and the key-less transmitting unit 23 are provided with power receiving coils 24, 32, storage units 25, 33 respectively formed of a capacitor or the like, and storage circuits 26, 34. The power receiving coils 24, 32 are arranged opposite to an antenna coil 17 in the condition that the ignition key is inserted into a key cylinder, and the electromotive force is generated in the coils 24, 32 by the mutual electromagnetic induction work between the antenna coil 17 and the coils. The transponder 22 and the key-less transmitting unit 23 are operated by the power stored in the storage units 25, 33.</p> |
