PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the special operation modes from being operated normally during the car traveling by establishing the entry in any special operation mode through turning-on of the ignition while an input switch is held pushed. SOLUTION: When an ignition is turned on, judgement is made whether an input switch 3 is held pushed, and if yes, the information of special operation mode is indicated by a lamp 2. If not, the normal operation mode is implemented. In case the special operation mode applicable is the self-diagnosing mode, the display of any failure inside and outside an alarm device for abnormal tire pressure is given by an appropriate failure code; in case the special operation mode is the abnormal tire position display mode, the position of abnormal tire is displayed. As the special operation mode is normally not in effect, the driver can concentrate himself on the driving operations.
