摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the wettability of a paper product by spreading and sticking a surfactant usable as a food additive on a stock paper such as a tea bag to be used in such a condition as to be in contact with an aqueous liquid. SOLUTION: A stock paper such as a tea bag to be used in such a condition as to be in contact with an aqueous liquid is spread and stuck with 10-20,000mg/m<2> of a surfactant usable as a food additive such as a surfactant of >=3 in HLB containing lauric acid such as a sucrose fatty acid ester or polyglycerol fatty acid ester as a constituent or another surfactant of >=7 in HLB by immersion, spraying or brushing process.
