PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a special sterilization processing equipment and to reduce a manufacture cost by pressure-injecting water components heated to a prescribed temperature inside an aerosol container and performing sterilization. SOLUTION: For the manufacture system of aerosol, a pipe 3a is provided between the tank 1 and the flow-in port 2a of a filling cylinder 2 and a high pressure pipe 3b is provided between the ejection port 2b of the filling cylinder 2 and a heat exchanger 5 through a check valve 4. Also, the pipe 3c is provided between the heat exchanger 5 and a filling head 6. Then, after adiabatically compressing and boosting the unprocessed water components allowed to flow from the tank 1 to the filling cylinder 2, the high pressure water is heat exchanged with fluid inside the heat exchanger 5 and heated and it is ejected from the filling head 6 to the inside of the aerosol container 7. The heated water ejected inside the aerosol container 7 sterilizes the inner part of the container 7 and then, an original liquid of a remaining part for which a sterilization processing by a filtering sterilization method is performed is filled inside the aerosol container 7. |
