PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain a ceramics sheet laminate having excellent precision by temporarily laminating an easily deformed ceramics green sheet while retaining it in a restriction state in the case of temporarily laminating the ceramics green sheet to which printing by an electrically conductive metal is applied before lamination and press thereof are performed. SOLUTION: A plurality of standard holes 82 are bored in a sheetlike body 40 which is formed by providing a ceramics green sheet on a carrier sheet 41 made of a synthetic resin. While a plurality of standard pins provided on a placing board are fitted into the respective standard holes, the ceramics green sheets are mutually stuck and thereafter operation for peeling the carrier sheet 41 existing in the upper position from the ceramics green sheet is successively repeated. A plurality of sheets of ceramics green sheets are temporarily laminated on the placing board. |
