PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a PP resin compsn. excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance and rigidity by blending a specific resin component mainly comprising PP with an alkali metal salt of org. compd. and a basic polyvalent metal salt of a cyclic org. phosphate. SOLUTION: This PP resin compsn. has an MFR of 0.5 to 300g/10min; and comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. resin component comprising 70-95wt.% homopolypropylene moiety having an MFR of 0.01 to 1,000g/10min and satisfying the heat of melting (ΔHm) vs. MFR relation of formula I and 5-30wt.% propylene/ethylene copolymer moiety having an ethylene unit content of 30 to 80wt.% and an intrinsic viscosity of 2 to 6dl/g, (B) 0.01-5 pts.wt. alkali metal salt such as an alkali metal carboxylate, and (C) 0.01-5 pts.wt. basic polyvalent metal salt of a cyclic org. phosphate of formula II [wherein R<1> is H or a 1-4C alkyl; R<2> and R<3> are each H or a 1-12C alkyl; M<1> is a metal atom of group III or IV; X<1> is -OH when M<1> is a metal atom of group III; and X<1> is =O or -(OH)2 when M<1> is a metal atom of group IV].
