PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield and to reduce the cost by bringing the center conductor of a local oscillation circuit and an impedance variable trimmer into close contact with each other with an elastic insulator between them to prevent howling. SOLUTION: A center body 1 is formed on an alumina substrate 2 with a threshold. The alumina substrate 2 is provided with terminals 3 of a lead frame and is inserted and fixed to a tuner main element 4 as a local unit by soldering. Meanwhile a Z0 trimmer 5 consists of an ETFE film electric wire which has a film removed in a part 5a to be a substrate insertion part and is bent into a U shape. It is inserted to the tuner main element 4 so that it is adjacent to the alumina substrate 2, and it is fixed by soldering. At this time, the Z0 trimmer 5 rises along the alumina substrate 2 from the tuner main substrate 4 and is brought into close contact with the center conductor part.
