PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the influence of heat generation for a light emitting device by preventing the deterioration in the speed and stability of a circuit even if the degree of parallelism increases. SOLUTION: A light parallel transmission device consists of a signal input part 101 for inputting an electrical signal externally, a signal level conversion part 102 for converting an input electrical signal to a differential signal with a specific level, and a differential paired transistors operating differentially. Also, it has a signal current output part 103 for modulating a light emitting device 105 based on the input of the differential signal and a constant current source 103 which is connected to the signal current output part 103, the signal input part 101, the signal level conversion part 102, and the signal current output part 103 are constituted in one semiconductor integrated circuit, and a constant current source 107 is constituted in one semiconductor integrated circuit. |
