PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt the device to new aseismic standards and reduce the assembling time and the production cost. SOLUTION: A corrosion-proof movable anchor type preventive device A against falling of a bridge is provided with anchor bars 20 fixed to the abutment 3 at the lower part thereof, anchor caps 10 put on the upper part of the anchor bars 20. The anchor bar 20 is made of a straight steel rod with a square cross section. The buffer material 21 has a step 21a at the middle part in the vertical direction. The anchor cap 10 is chiefly constituted of an anchor cap body 11 and a cover 12 for the anchor cap. A positioning material 13 is fixed to the lower face of the anchor cap cover 12. A sponge material 30 is set at the lower end of the anchor cap 10 in order to prevent the anchor bar 20 from getting out of place from the anchor cap 10.
