PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniform opening shape by inserting the skin material of a headrest into the mold body of a foam mold and holding it by protruding a stay upward, pulling the end of the linear pouring inlet formed at the protruding surface side of the stay to the outer side by a tensioning member, and foam curing a foam stock solution in the state that a tension is applied. SOLUTION: A frame 14 is inserted from a frame inserting and pouring port 12d into a skin material 12, and the free ends are held in the state that they are externally protruded from protruding holes 12b, 12c. Thereafter, a slide lever 18 is slid by the energizing forces of coiled springs 20 of right and left tensioning members 15, and the port 12d is pulled in rightward and leftward directions to be linear. The center of the inlet 12d is extended in this state, the end of a pouring head is inserted into the material 12, and foamed stock liquid is poured. After the pouring is finished, the head is drawn, and the liquid is foam cured in the state that the tension is applied to the end of the port 12d, thereby closing the port 12d by holding it linearly. |
